Internet Order – Processing Request

Note: Inside Wiring is an additional cost, outside of the contract OR special charges will apply.  Site surveys are conducted by the Internet Provider installation team typically after the order is placed.  In some situations, the Provider may deem the site unserviceable or that construction is required to make the site serviceable.  In this situation, you can still choose to proceed, but you would be responsible for those construction charges (not a common scenario). 

Next Steps: Once you complete this form, an agreement will be sent to you to process the order. The internet provider will contact you with installation dates and times. NO Services will be activated until the service order receives signature (this will be sent to you shortly). Any IT related services (onsite support, computer setup, network setup, security setup, etc...) will be invoiced separately per time and materials through an official estimate from EasyITGuys. Your internet provider will bill you directly for their services and installation costs. We appreciate the opportunity to earn your business!
