They WILL receive limited service center coverage (rebuild computers, labor covered on hardware repairs, computer clones, diagnostics, and data transfers are included). Businesses on a home experience are required to have VIP premium as a minimum plan. All businesses are highly encouraged to choose a business support experience to enable the recommended experience and security. Business clients work with the consulting team (this is why VIP Premium is required for Businesses on a Home Experience Support Plan).
