					Keyboard quit working on my laptop. Took it in to IT Guys. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. I've used them several times over the years. Wouldn't take a computer anywhere else! Thanks guys!

					After getting our new computer, I called yesterday with some questions but had to leave and didn't leave a msg to call me back. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call today. Marc (not sure if correct spelling) was very patient answering all my questions. He explained where he found certain things so I would know where to look again, and put icons on my taskbar I had on my old machine. Thank you!

					I somehow got fake virus messages on home laptop after visiting 1 suspicious website.  I tried  to get rid of it and nothing worked.  I read geek squad was eliminated by Best Buy, and  googled alternatives to Geek Squad and got EasyITGuys.   From the first phone call, they were reassuring, extremely competent , and very patient and understanding, to an older user with limited computer knowledge.  Tech Anthony helped me, ran scans to diagnose and fix all issues, and explained how to keep myself secure in the future.  I would give them a 10 out of 5 stars  if google would let me, they were that good !  I am in Chicago, IL and all was done remotely , perfectly. Thank you guys, you are truly great !
