Hey there!

This is your organization’s third and final reminder (please read it thoroughly). This baseline security and support enhancement take effect January 1, 2026. First, please review the one page flyer (fastest way to understand it) –> Business Membership Flyer

We started this transition in 2023 and many businesses have been on this standard since 2015. Our goal is simple: modern protection, fewer surprises, and a consistent support experience that delivers delight. Your continued trust and operational security are top priorities.

💳 Billing for existing clients

  • Expect $97 per month for the Business Membership through 6/30/2026 while you choose a commitment term
  • Some accounts may have small separate charges only if you use password managers or legacy local device backups
  • Many clients will receive upgraded email security and unlimited modern cloud backups (email & onedrive) at no cost through 6/30/2026
  • If you already have workstation security enabled, you will receive additional 24/7 security enhancements at no added charge (still $50 per computer per month)
💡 Why this is worth it (what’s the value? How does this help you/your team?)

This membership foundation is designed to protect reputation, uptime, revenue, and client data. It also sets clear standards so we can support you consistently when you need it most.

  • 24/7 member tech support help with MIA (AI Tech Support Assistant) via chat and SMS
  • Cyber warranty eligibility, typically $25,000 to $100,000, when account requirements are met (similar to insurance due diligence)
  • Annual IT and Cybersecurity Risk Assessment (minimum $1,500 value)
  • Reputation and exposure monitoring, including dark web alerts and blacklist monitoring
  • Email and domain protection standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC guidance)
  • Security awareness training
  • IT documentation for faster resolution times
  • Direct support line (no phone menus)
  • Preferred pricing (our best and lowest pricing)
✅ Support improvements organizations like yours requested (member benefits)
  • 30 minute minimums (instead of 1 hour for non-members)
  • No per ticket surcharges (non members pay $50 per ticket)
  • No scheduling requirements (already active)
  • 8am-4:30 business hours support (already active – 24/7 availability planned for late 2026)
  • Access to trained business only support engineers (already active)
  • Improved documentation on your operations playbooks (documetation = efficiency = lowered support costs)

🔎 Quarterly requirement (important): A quarterly security and backup review ticket is required for maintenance and verification.

  • Minimum 1 hour (billable)
  • We inspect IT and cybersecurity health, verify protections and backups are working, and provide recommendations

Why? This helps prevent surprise “911” situations and keeps your environment healthy.

✅ How the pricing model works
  • Business Membership is the foundation. It sets baseline standards and benefits, but it is not full coverage for every device, user, network, or cloud environment.
  • You choose your coverage. Add the support layers you want, when you want them. We keep one thing consistent: modern cybersecurity baseline standards are non negotiable.
  • Layers are priced separately based on what you need covered, such as local device backups, password managers, 24/7 phone support, onsite coverage, managed networking, and more.
  • We help you right size it. During onboarding and each quarterly review, we confirm what you have, what is working, and what should be adjusted so you are getting the coverage you expect.
