How do I uninstall the EasyITGuys Remote Management Agent?

1. Download the uninstaller –> Click here
2. Click the “show in folder” icon.
   
3. Right click the file and click “extract all”
   
4. Click the extract button
   
5. The file will auto extract the file and a new window should open. It will look like this.
   
6. Right click the file and click “Run as administrator”
   
7. Click yes to the popup to start the uninstallation process.
   
8. Once the uninstall process has completed, you will see three new files. If you want to see the uninstallation log, you can open up the log file in notepad (or a word processor of your choice like Microsoft Word) and view the details. Once the uninstallation process has completed, delete this folder and the original file you downloaded.

DON’T STOP YET… You’re almost done! Once the RMM (remote worker) completed, you will also want to remove the remote access software from your computer.
