Cybersecurity Risk Assessment Deployment Requirements (Technical and Non-Technical) #
Non-Technical
Before we can begin your assessment, we need the following completed.
- Signed estimate: This establishes expectations relating to the start date, estimated cost, and agreement to our TOS/MSA (Terms of Service/Master Services Agreement)
- Payment: Payment for the cybersecurity risk assessment must be paid in full prior to the start date.
Once the two items above are completed, we will send over a preliminary schedule with other agenda items needed to get started (download links for installers, best practices, meeting schedules, etc…).
Technical
In order to complete this process, we need full administrative access to the environment(s) we are assessing. Common items listed below.
- Domain Administrator (Active Directory)
- Create a domain administrator account with the name “EasyITGuys”
- Provide a onetime password and post it to the secure sharepoint file. Passwords should NEVER be emailed
- Install the agent_install.msi on the primary domain controller (manual install method)
- Office 365/Google Workspaces Gobal Administrator Account
- Create a global admin account of “easyitguys@yourdomain.com”. Replace “yourdomain” with your actual domain.
- Provide a onetime password and post it to the secure sharepoint file. Passwords should NEVER be emailed
- Other Administrator accounts may be needed. Your deployment consultant will assist you as needed.

Software #
- .NET Framework
- .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 is required for installation and general functionality.
- We recommend using the latest version of .NET Framework, currently 4.8, as this can be run in conjunction with .NET 3.5 and encompasses all updates to .NET since .NET 4.0 was introduced.
