Directions:

1. Get Your Phone’s Admin Password:

   • Log in to your phone portal.
     • 
   • Go to Inventory → Phone Hardware.
     • 
     • 
   • Find the phone you want to adjust and click the gear icon.
     • 
   • Click the three dots and select View Configuration File.
     • 
     • 
   • Search for “security.user_password”.
   • It will look like this: security.user_password = admin:XXXXXX.
     • “admin” is the username.
     • The numerical code after the colon is the password (put this in your password manager)
     • 

2. Log in to the Phone:

   • Enter the phone’s IP address in your web browser.
   • Use the username and password found in your portal from directions above to log in
   • Edit the configuration you want to change, save, and test!

Note: Logging into your web phone’s GUI is for advanced features, we highly suggest you grab your phone’s manual or get your IT person involved.
