❓What types of content updates are included? #

All plans include monthly support for basic updates to existing pages and blog uploads (if content is provided):

✍️ Text & Image Revisions (Existing Pages Only) #

• Landing page (1 page):
  • 1 text change per month
  • 1 image change per month
• Websites with 9 pages or fewer:
  • Unlimited text updates to existing content
  • Up to 15 image changes per month (to existing images)
• Websites with 10+ pages:
  • Unlimited text updates to existing content
  • Up to 25 image changes per month (to existing images)

🧾 Blog Uploads #

• Up to 4 blog posts per month (if content is provided by the client)

🛠️ Tech Support Access #

• Fixes to broken links or visible page errors
• Minor adjustments and formatting tweaks
• Backend plugin and platform updates (quarterly)

❌ What’s Not Included (Available at an Additional Cost)? #

The following items are not included by default and are available at our hourly partner rate or flat-rate pricing depending on scope:

• Any new feature, plugin, or integration setup (e.g., calendars, forms, reviews)
• Major design changes or website restructuring
• Functionality upgrades (e.g., adding booking systems, e-commerce functionality)
• New pages or page templates
• Image or product changes beyond the included monthly limits
• Email account management or email platform integration
