Keep your web presence strong with Website Support! #

With the Website Support, our team will keep your website up to date, fix bugs, broken links, update text, add to your blog, and replace images. You’ll have access to our web design team to help with any issue.

What’s included (summary): #

  • Access to the team for website tech support
  • Website revisions to images, text, and minor change requests
  • Backend updates completed quarterly to ensure WordPress stability
  • Updates to plugins and themes
  • Health checks to website upon request
  • Urgent support if your website goes offline
  • Upload up to 3 blogs per month (if the content is provided)

🩺 Site Health & Plugin Updates #

  • Weekly plugin and theme updates
  • Manual plugin updates are available upon request
  • Quarterly backend and WordPress core updates
  • Basic checks are performed during major platform updates
  • Monitoring for broken links and minor bugs
  • Daily uptime monitoring with emergency response if the site goes down
  • Reactive support: if you report an issue, we prioritize resolution.
    • If you notice something broken or offline, please submit a request — we’ll prioritize restoring your site quickly while minimizing disruption
  • Built-in performance dashboard for tracking speed and visitor metrics

Site Speed Improvements – Tools Included, Tuning available #

  • Platform includes speed commercial premium tools like WP Rocket, Smush Pro, and a global CDN
  • Clients may tune these settings or Performance tuning available on request (hourly rate applies)
  • Site speed is monitored in the Website Pro Dashboard

  • DNS-level security with Cloudflare Web Application Firewall (WAF)
    • Bot traffic filtering and DDoS protection at the DNS level
  • Google Cloud server-level protection
  • SSL certificate included with HTTPS enforcement (Automatically renewed every 90 days)
  • Malware scanning and basic threat protection using Defender Pro
    • Site-level scanning (via Defender Pro) is available but must be enabled upon request
    • Clients are welcome to use their own security plugins, though we recommend one trusted solution per category
    • Malware cleanup is supported as needed if scanning is enabled

💾 Backups – Daily (Automated) + On-Demand Manual Snapshots #

  • Daily automated backups with one-click restore are performed through the Google Cloud Platform
  • Manual backups are not done by default, but can be created:
    • Upon client request
    • At the team’s discretion before major changes or plugin work
  • Sites can be restored quickly via one-click recovery
  • Redundant storage through Google Cloud infrastructure

Certain services fall outside of what’s included in our Business Growth Platform maintenance plan. These are typically more advanced, time-intensive, or strategic in nature. Examples include:

  • Manual SEO audits or advanced keyword tuning
  • Custom speed optimization or performance tuning
  • New feature or integration setup (e.g., review feeds, booking tools, CRMs)
  • Review feed automation and social media post syncing (Website Connect)
  • Monthly manual audits or website coaching/training sessions
  • Website redesigns or layout restructuring

These tasks are scoped and billed based on the time required. We do not list pricing publicly because each request is unique — however, Managed IT clients receive a preferred partner rate that’s 25% off our standard hourly rate for business support services.
