Every business client must have at least one security review per quarter. #

This required quarterly ticket is part of our proactive security and IT standards. It is billed at 1 hour per quarter and is normally completed without client involvement. If desired, clients may request up to one 15-minute meeting each quarter at no additional cost. This quarterly security review is separate from, and does not replace, any standard per-ticket minimum billable charge for reactive support services.

Proactive Security/Backup Review Frequency
Business Members with flat-rate coverage receive proactive checks monthly or more frequently as needed at no additional cost. Business Members without flat-rate labor coverage receive a minimum of one proactive security review per quarter.

Ticket Minimums: #

  • Business Members (Complete): No minimum billable time. All covered labor is included.
  • Business Members (Security Membership): Tickets are billed with a reduced 30-minute minimum at preferred member pricing. The required quarterly review ticket is billed separately at a 1-hour minimum and applies only to that quarterly review.
  • Non-Members: Tickets are billed with a 1-hour minimum at the standard hourly rate, plus a $50 surcharge per ticket.

Plan 1: Complete IT/Cybersecurity Department #

Best for: Teams that want full IT/Cyber department coverage with predictable costs or internal IT that want simple full flat rate coverage.

Frequently Asked Questions #

Is a membership required for all business clients? #

Membership is optional, but strongly recommended. Non-members pay standard hourly rates plus a $50 fee per ticket with a one-hour minimum. Only members are approved to purchase security and backup services.

Can we upgrade from Plan 2 to Plan 1 later? #

Yes. Plan 2 can be a strong starting point for organizations that have never had an internal IT department, an outsourced IT provider, or a dedicated IT budget. It helps establish a solid foundation while keeping initial costs more flexible. When you are ready for broader coverage and more predictable monthly costs, you can move to Plan 1. Depending on support needs and usage, it is possible for total costs under Plan 2 to exceed the cost of Plan 1. Please also note that any upgrade will start a new agreement term.

Do you provide onsite support? #

Yes. Plan 1 includes onsite support after remote triage. Plan 2 provides onsite support at preferred labor rates.

What if we only want cloud or device security? #

Plan 2 allows complete modular customization. You can add security to what you already have setup.

Is after-hours support available? #

Yes. Plan 1 includes 24/7 support. Plan 2 receives priority scheduling during business hours (M-F, 8am-4:30pm)

Does Plan 1 replace internal IT? #

No. It enhances internal IT by adding coverage, advanced security, support desk capacity, and project bandwidth.

Does Plan 2 include remote end-user support? #

No. All labor is billable at the preferred rate in Plan 2.

Does Plan 1 or 2 have minimum monthly spend commitments? #

Plan 2 has a minimum monthly spend commitment of $247/month (3 Year Membership + 3 workstation minimum). Plan 1 includes a minimum of $747/month, which aligns with industry standards for fully managed IT and cybersecurity programs. These minimums ensure we can deliver reliable, secure, and well-maintained environments with the level of consistency clients expect. Most IT and cybersecurity providers set similar monthly minimums, typically ranging from $500 to $1,000 per month for recurring services (not including hourly repair work).
