Below are all membership components for both plans. Plan 1 requires several core components. Plan 2 allows complete customization.
Plan 1: Complete IT & Cybersecurity Department (Recommended) #
Includes 24/7 support desk, 24/7 cybersecurity, onsite support, project coverage during business hours, after-hours emergency support, and full labor coverage.

Security, monitoring, and administration. Labor billed at discounted rate. Support desk activities that involve remote control or technical assistance with an end user are billable.

Managed Network Hardware (NaaS) #

Work beyond the device (such as devices or user that connect to the device) is billable under Plan 2. Pricing is device dependent.
