EasyITGuys schedules appointments for both residential and business clients. Different teams may handle different appointment types depending on the service needed. Appointments can be scheduled online at easyitguys.com/book or by calling our team. In many cases, same-day or “right now” appointments may also be available.

What Is Required to Schedule #

To schedule any appointment, the following are required:

  • An account
  • A valid payment method on file

Appointments cannot be confirmed without a valid payment method. If payment information is not provided, the appointment will be canceled. For non-member support appointments, a 15-minute deposit is required to reserve the time. This deposit is non-refundable, but it can usually be applied to another service if the original issue is resolved before the appointment. The free 15-minute Meet & Greet does not require a deposit.

Appointment Confirmations and Reminders #

Clients receive:

  • An initial confirmation after booking
  • A 24-hour reminder
  • A 1-hour reminder

Standard Rates #

  • Residential: $195 per hour
  • Business: $245 per hour

Members receive 25% off standard hourly rates.

Member and Non-Member Appointments #

  • Members receive 25% off standard hourly rates, do not have a ticket service surcharge, do not require a deposit, and a have a 30-minute minimum per ticket.
  • Non-Members are billed at standard rates, have a 1-hour minimum per ticket, require a 15 minute deposit plus a $50 non-member service charge per ticket.

For clients who may need support more than once, membership often provides the best pricing and a smoother overall service experience.

Why a Deposit is Required #

Most non-member appointments require a non-refundable 15-minute deposit to reserve time with our team and help us keep appointment availability fair for all clients. If your original issue is resolved before the appointment, that deposit can usually be transferred to another service of your choice.

Availability and No-Show Expectations #

Please be available at the scheduled appointment time. If a client does not join, answer, or respond within 7 minutes of the appointment start time, the appointment may be canceled as a no-show.

Membership Guidance #

Whenever appropriate, clients should be encouraged to consider a membership for better pricing, added value, and a smoother service experience.
